Key changes for current MY Credit Union VISA Debit cardholders
On February 17th, 2021, MY Credit Union will be switching debit card processing companies. With this change, all current MY Credit Union VISA Debit cardholders will receive a brand-new card from MY Credit Union.
If you are a current MY Credit Union Debit cardholder, you should expect your new card to arrive in the mail in
early February. Please follow the instructions included with the debit card mailer.
As a courtesy, MY Credit Union Debit cardholders will be able to use their current (old style) VISA Debit Cards until February 24th, 2021.

Why am I getting a new debit card?
MY Credit Union members will be receiving a new debit card in early February as a result of changing our Payment Processing Partner. This relationship will allow MY Credit Union to bring uniform services to those who have credit and debit card products with us, such as Alerts and Controls, Mobile Wallets, and Contactless Payment Technology.
When will I receive my new debit card?
MY Credit Union debit cards have been mailed out and should be received by February 12th. We have been notified by the local Postmaster that mailing delays could potentially occur. To account for potential delays, your current debit card will continue to work until February 24th. If you do not receive your new MY Credit Union debit card by February 19th, please visit us in branch or call us at 1-800-967-7228 for a replacement.
How do I activate my new debit card?
Your new MY Credit Union debit card will be ready to activate on February 17th. To activate your new debit card, please call 1-800-631-3197. If you are outside of the United States, please call 1-727-540-9434.
Why can’t I activate my new debit card?
For security purposes, you must call the activation line from the phone number on file for your MY Credit Union account. If you are unsure of what number is on file, or if you no longer have access to that phone number, please visit us in branch.
How do I set the PIN on my debit card?
To set the PIN on your debit card, please call 1-888-886-0083.
Can I still use Mobile Wallet with my new debit card?
In order to resume using your Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Samsung Pay services, you will need to remove your old debit card and load your newly activated MY Credit Union debit card into your mobile wallet.
What will happen if I am expecting a refund from my old debit card?
If you are expecting a refund linked to your old debit card, the credit will post to your checking account without any need for intervention. This return may take a few days to settle from the merchant.
