Steps to Take

If you think you have simply misplaced your card, you can temporarily “lock” it via the MY CREDIT UNION Mobile Banking App, the MYCU Cards App, or online banking. This will give you peace of mind knowing no additional card activity can occur while you retrace your steps to locate your card.
