We would like to thank all of our members for their patience and understanding as the long-awaited new banking platform was installed and activated over the past few days! This new system allows our team members to provide our members with exceptional service. With the conclusion of this journey, here are a few reminders on how to get started with our fresh new look!
Enjoy a fresh new look! Members should have received an email with instructions to log into these platforms for the first time. If you do not have an email, please stop by any branch location or call 612.798.7100 for more information.
MY CREDIT UNION understands that member may still have questions about their Online and Mobile Banking experience. Please join us at one of the listed Q&A sessions to get those questions answered and help navigate your Online and Mobile Banking platforms.
Debit card usage may be limited. Credit card usage will see no impact and remain the same. We suggest stopping in during the week to do your daily business if that falls over the weekend.
Yes, your account numbers will change internally in our system; however, your existing account numbers are not impacted, meaning your current checks, debit cards, and automated transactions will not be affected. You will not need to get new versions of these.
A brand new look to online banking! This system also allows for more efficient transaction processing and increased security measures. The system will streamline internal processes that will allow us to save money that we can put back to our members.
We recommend that everyone carry both MYCU credit and debit cards in the event of needing an alternative form of payment. Stop into any branch today to learn more about our low-interest credit cards. Also, keep an eye out for marketing communications on our website for important updates.
Yes. Just as they are today, your funds remain safe and secure at MY CREDIT UNION. Reminder to stay vigilant – do not share your account information with others.
Yes, there will be limited ATM usage during this time.
All electronic services will be unavailable (Online Banking, Mobile App, Mobile Check Deposit). Branch hours will be impacted during this time. MYCU Cards app is NOT impacted during this time.
Yes, you can continue to utilize checks. You do not need to order new checks after the enhancements have been made.
No. Your credit and debit card numbers will transfer over automatically.
Because MY CREDIT UNION doesn’t process payments over the weekend, your payment status will not be impacted.
You will not need to change any direct deposit information, nor will you need to change anything for automatic payments. They will both continue to process on the next business day.
E-statement history will remain the same at 18 months.
